About me

Hello, my name is Ed Pattin, I live in Livingston Montana. I am the owner of Mountain View Bakery and Treats. I grew up baking and cooking with my mom and Aunt Helen and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have spent a lot of time through my life in the kitchen experimenting with food for a fantastic tasting experience. I want to extend some delicious baked goods with the community consisting of scones, cookies, and cakes making gluten-free available with the different treats I make. Gluten-free pastries are a challenge and has not been easy to make, however, I feel the flavors and textures are as close as one could get to a non-gluten product making the experience delightful. I have had a wonderful run with my many successful years in construction, but due to the many injuries from my trade I am no longer able to continue to do that line of work. I used to have a restaurant and did baking on the side. Now I need to turn my passion and full attention to just baking which is much less manual intensive to my body. I am looking forward to meeting you and adding my baking touch to the community.
